Regarding post decision case working unit at Liverpool

Post by Raza789 » Thu Apr 18, 2019 8:03 pm

Hi to everyone here and specially to respectable Moderators ,

I had appeal in first tier tribunals because I am family member of eu national who was and is exercising treaty rights since 14 years and I am also full time employed.
Home office refused my permanent residence application in September 2018 and I did lodge appeal and that was on 17th of March 2019.

Nearly 2 weeks before when I submitted my bundle to court and to home office and right before 1 day of hearing my solicitor received email from home office saying that we would like to withdraw the appeal and can you also email or phone to court for withdrawal .

So home office withdraw their appeal and notified to court and we did same.

On the 1st of April home office sent letter to my solicitor that we have received your appeal and we aim to implement the decision as soon as possible and if we need any documents that needs to be original and do not plan to travel until you don’t receive all original documents .

Last September they already sent me my passport and all the documents .

I have sent them in my appeal bundle all copies to home office and to court.

Today is 18th of April and I haven’t got any letter or my PR card from home office yet.

I have received a letter from Court saying that home office who is respondent withdraw their appeal .

Could anyone help me how long it takes to process my PR card please or this post decision careening unit how long they can take to implement ????

It’s home office who withdraw their appeal , any idea or any previous experience please ?

I should be grateful to everyone here for help and time .

Regards
