hey all !!

i am from India. My age is right now 19 yrs, I'd previous refusal from UK in the year of 2005. I was just 11 years old. Me and my mother applied for visitor visa. My mum was main applicant and i was dependent. Visa was refused under UKBA's 320(21) rules.

I want to go UK for my higher studies ? Can I apply for visa for my higher studies ?
