Regarding PSW from Tier 4

Hello Sir,
I am tier4 student and I have completed my master from college and my awarding body is Wales university .My college announced provisional numbers In which I passed but still waiting for university confirmation .The problem is that my tier4 student visa is getting expire on 30nov2011 and I have to apply for PSW and my college only issuing a letter that this student finished his master and waiting for result. Could u plz tell me that can I get PSW on this letter or not and if not then what shall I do??????? Thank you

no. you need to return home and apply for PSW once you have been awarded your degree.

The safest option is to go back home, enjoy your holiday's and apply for PSW, once you get your result's because Date of Award is an Imp. date.

but if i go back my country then i will lose my right to apply for indefinite status after 10 year because it will be gap of three month as i have to maintain my statement again for three months in my country.

You won't ... if you leave before your current leave expires and return within six months of date of departure (hopefully as a PSW migrant).

i am in great problem at the momemt and i have to decide today .Plzzzzzzzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzzz help me:

I am going to submitt my psw application on letter that i am waiting for resut and i know they gonna refuse me. My point is that :

1- If they refused then it will break my 10year indefinite rule as i been in this country for last 7 years ?

2- Will they give my appeal right?

3- As i did my bio-matric last year under tier4 so do i need bio-matric again for psw application?

4-IF after refusal i go back my country then will i still be right to apply again from country after getting proper confimation letter from college.

Either, not both - as long as it meets the requirements specified in the policy guidance.

i have to send my psw application on 26 nov 2011 and i got one point that:

My last statement date is started 1th november 2011 so just i want to know that is this acceptable because next statement will be generate 1 of dec 2011 and cannot wait till dec because visa expire in 30 nov 2011.

if someone can guide me ,much appriciate, thankyou

i send my college letter for psw and instead of "award date" heading they write as "internal award date" .My question is that this will effect my psw application? thank you
