Regarding Switching tier 2 to tier4 suggestion please

Hi mates, I am just finished my masters. Recently attend some interviews. But most of them are not Tier2 sponsors. If I take sponsorship from umbrella company if I haven't got any jobs is it possible switch from tier 2 to tier 4 after 3 or 4 months. Thanks.
