Dear friends,
Today I have recieved my student visa refusal letter. The reasons were as follows:
- the letter you have submited from the bank are the only types of acceptable funds you have shown and there insufficient funds available to meet outstanding maintenance costs for you and two dependants or that you have held these funds for the required period as stipulated by the Guidance;
- the loan agreement document does not show that sufficient funds will be immediately disbursed.
I have paid full tution fees and accomodation charges in advance. And I needed to show additional 12 000,0 GBP(the money covers my wife and two children).
To show this I held 1800 GBP in the bank account for 24 days and I presented loan offer letter confirming that I have available funds as loan in amount of 12 000,0 GBP once visa will be issued and the loan will be deposited to my current account by three installments by Jan 15, 2010 - 4 000,0 GBP, by Apr 1, 2010 - 4000 GBP and by July 15, 2010 - 4000 GBP.
Now I was wondering weather I have to make fresh application or write administrative review?
Fresh application - I need to take the loan and apply again. But the immigration rules say that I can present letter from the financial instituition confirming that the loan will be given once the visa will be given. Then what is the point to take the loan?
Administrative review - showing that I can take the loan once visa is issued and I do not need 12 000,0 GBP immidiately and I use the loan b three installments.
Hopefully to hear your helpfull comments and advices.
Sincerely,
Umar.
