regarding visa ? please help me

I came accross your website, and i found that i should get a good positive response from here for my problems.

The thing is i know a girl she is a brazillian. she came 2 yr back from mexico into USA illegally. The Immigration peoples took her
passport and ask her to go back to brazil after 1 yr but she didnt go back to brazil she is still here.

But she ask for a new passport from brazilian consulate saying that she lost her passport, they issued her a new passport but no visa.

Now I introduce myself, I am an Indian came here one and half year back on F1 and now i completed my graduation in may 2007 and applied for H1b here in USA.
Now I and she both want to marry but we just afraid of the laws of USA, I dont know what should i do to marry her.

Is there any possibility that she can get legal visa now, for USA?
or any other approach we should go for to get married legally?

please help me in this matter, If anything can be done then i want to do that.

Cross the border to canada or mexico and have your girlfriend fly home, marry her and the request a visa on her behalf.
