Regarding 4-5 years changes for ILR

HI,

I know that VBSI has lost the case of 4-5 years changes for ILR for work permit holders against home office. But after the HSMP Forum's win over HO for the same changes for HSMP holders, are there any hopes for the workpermit holders so that they can also apply for ILR after 4 years who came to UK before April 2006.
