i have read alot on this site about ILR and naturalisation, but the thing i cant understand is when i got my ILR last year my solicitor told me i could apply after a year for BC and now i have spoken to other solicitors because she left the job and most of them say no i cant, one said yes and another one said i have to wait until next year some even say that i have to wait 5 yrs.

question is who should i believe?
