Regrading Outside stay UK on leave and year to applying ILR

Post by bhim_singh77 » Tue Jan 15, 2019 11:34 am

Hi All,
Good Morning
I came to UK and joined company on 01/07/2015 and thinking to apply for ILR on 1st july 2020.I came on Tier 2 General visa and got sponsored by company.

My query are
1) I was on annual leave 11 days + 7 days unpaid leave outside the UK but recorded in company and taken permitted from company manager. because planned first two week as i had only 12 annual leave and joined mid of year but extended 7 days unpaid leave but granted by my line manager.

Is this unpaid leave will be affected my ILR or is it ok ? Please suggest.

and i was not outside uk more than 40 days in any year yet mens till 31/12/2018.

2) My wife can't speak english fully even she is trying to improve, any option if she don't pass test , can she apply for ILR?

3) If i got ILR and my wife awating for her english improvement then can i apply ILR for my son (He is 4 year old and born in india almost 1 year before they came to UK).

4) What type document is required to apply for ILR: for my self, wife and Son

Please suggest and your response will be much appreciated

thank you all in advance

Regards
Bhim
