Reinsating TIer 2 visa

Hi All,

Hope you are all well and I need urgent help.

My company who sponsored the visa in 2012 have recently cancelled the sponsorship due to some circumstances but now I am in discussions with them for the past few weeks to see if they can find me a job within again. However, I have received the curtailment letter from the home office on Friday giving me 60 days time. My question is if the company is willing to take me back in, can the visa be reinstated?

IMHO no, new CoS, RLMT and application for leave to remain needed but ask the sponsor to confirm this with the employer helpline 0300 123 4699
