Rejected 0 pts in all sections help!!!

Hi guys I got my rejection yesterday.. They could not verify my edu documents. My college did not receive any calls . They awarded 0 pts for every section...

Previous application 215***
MBAuk-35
Income-25 verified
UK study-5
Age-20
Rejected- Age certificate...

Reapplied- 230***
MBAuk- 35
PGDM- done from uk
Earnings-25
uk study-5---- notaried pp copy; ho letter; college letter
age-20 all documents given
Rejected- PGDM certificate from XYZ college could not be verified.
ALL sections --zero

Why are they checking my PGDM certificate? I am not claming any pts for that?
Why all sections are scored zero pts?
I am scoring 35 pts from my MBA .. and I later took admission in another college. Should I give letter from MBA university or my current college letter!!

I am going to ask them their verification report!! Does any one know the procedure or timinings on that??????

Sorry about your rejction. What do you mean they could not verify you edu documents.

-IS that mean they doubt about the originality of your degree certiaficate ?
- Or your degree is not equivalen to UK degree ?.
-Have you got Comparability letter from NARIC or are you sure 100% your degree is comparable to UK degree ?.

I supplied original college degree certificate...
I did my masters-35 and my post graduate diploma from another college..

Firstly all they said was they could not verify my Education details..
No NARIC does'nt apply as I wasnt scoring points for my Post graduate diploma certificate I was scoring points for MBA certificate. They told in the letter that--- They could not verify my educational certificate - PGDM in IT.

Previously it was rejected as my Age certificate wasnt there . So I reapplied again but this time they could not verify my college details. I have asked my college, but they did not receive any calls??

How can they check for PGDM in IT as I am not clamining points for that. and also its in UK so they did not call the college either...

You are unlikely to get any feedback if you provide so little information on what you provided as evidence. That said, if the only degree certificate that the caseworker reviewed was the PGDip, for which no points were to be awarded, then there was probably no point in scoring the rest of the application, as an application without education points will never meet the points threshold.

You might want to consider why you included the PGDip certificate in the first place, knowing (a) that it was not equivalent to a master's degree, and (b) that it was not your intent to try to claim points on that basis. It is generally recommended that applicants keep their applications as simple and straightforward as possible; adding irrelevant material (like that PGDip) simply confuses the matter most unconstructively and might even be construed as an attempt to snowball the caseworker.

And going on about verification is similarly pointless. You are better off re-examining what you submitted in your application, rather than ringing up every office at two different colleges to find out whether the HSMP team had phoned them.

If you are not claiming any points for PGDM, then why did you attach any documents regarding PGDM in your application??? Also IMHO, you should have arranged for a NARIC comparability letter before you applied for the second time.

Once bitten, twice shy .... remember ??? You must check with HO as to why you have been awarded 0 in all sections although the letter you have received just speaks about (inability to verify) PGDM documentation.

@Abi,

Dont give up on your review. I know that its possible you want to substantiate tour point of having a masters degree(MBA) and also PGDip. I am sure that by including these 2 docs, you are asking the CW to choose from either the 2 certifcates especially when you did not indicaste or specify which document you are claimimg points on in your cover letter. That notwithstanding,you need to state it in you review letter that the caseworker made a 'definite mistake' by assuming that the PGDip was considered instead of your MBA. State some of the courses you did in MBA that you know that will add value to your being a highly skilled labour in the UK.And also, state it in your review letter that your MBA certificate is the degree you submitted to claim points and that the PGDip is only a supporting document to show the CW you level of IT skills in relation to your MBA and experience.

Complicated. I am quite confusing here.
Why they said they could not verify your Education details if in fact You have got you MBA degree from UK ?.

If you get your degree from DFES recognised institution in the UK. You wil automatically be awarded 35 points. No need for NARIC. There must be any reason for this.
Your PG diploma is irrelevant here as you did not claim point with this ?.
Your bachelor degree here more relevent than PG diploma. Did you get bachelor degree ?. I know that sometimes people could go for MBA study without having first degree, if they have relevant experience.

- Could you shed the light from which university in the UK you get degree from. I know, people could get MBA degree online from un acredited school in the UK. there are alot of offer by email.

If you get your degree from DFES recognised insitution the chance that you get point of your degree is 100%.

You you ci#ould provide information on the aboce queries people might be able to analise your case and therefere help you for your review.
