EC REJEcted on Salary Issue By BHC islambad Pakistan

Dear friends!

Please help me and i need ur quick resopnse!


My Ec got rejected during verification process. I clamied point on Salary in Cash. But in Telephonic Verification, Manager said that company gives salary in Cheques and on demand payslips are issued, further more Manager said that employee is not restricted to submit those cheques in some specific bank, it totaly depends on employee choice where ever he wants he can submitt cheques in any bank. But i often get salary in Cash from the finance department.

BHC stated that if u get salary in Cheque then why ur bank is not showing those cheques details in the statement.

So thats y they rejected EC. I have to go for appeal so what do i do? How much time appeal will take?

I request to you.Please please help me!!!!!!!

On first impressions,it appears tht u would find it very difficult to convince the ECO of ur earnings if u were being paid in cash(why??to dodge taxes?) & there is no record of u being paid!

BTW,how did u qualify for HSMP without any evidence of earnings?

Appeal usually takes at least 3 months if filed directly with AIT and 4 months if filed through BHC.
AIT calls for response from BHC before fixing appeal and if response is delayed by BHC than disposal time would increases.
