Relationship with third party

Hi,
fortunately or unfortunately I did get a letter from a UK bank confirming money avialable for me but they did not confirm the relationship of third party with me but money available for me they confirmed in letter and also stamped.
My third party has account since many years so they did not mention any date for money transfer in UK, althkugh they wrote that

On this dateL xxx has £xxx amount available for investment.

author is the manager himself so he just wroteXX bank authorised person.

Will it be ok.I am thinking that as the letter from my third party has confirmed relation and also in solicitor letter it is confirmed that declaration betwen me and my uncle are valid.(they also confirmed the form as BANK and FCA/PRA regulated.)
Will it be Ok?
in case if I have to go to court will I be able to defend it as the required information are provided in the related document and person living in UK for more than 35 years how can I specify the date money entered in UK.

Your question is not clear.

@ ishfaqsangra, you should also try to get a letter from the bank manager which should state that the bank cannot issue the third party bank letter in the format specified by HO as its against bank policy. This letter will help you in in appeal if caseworker refuse your application.

Thankfully my third party is successful in getting another letter where everything is written.
he added .Mr xxx is the uncle of yyy(my name) .Mr xxx is a GP in X city for 32 years and money is available from his income

He also wrote as
xxx bank Authorized AUTHOR
