Relocating after getting ILR

Hi guys

What is the procedure for moving to another country after getting ILR

Say for example

I get ILR tomorrow.
I move to XYZ country in a month's time and continue my full-time employment there...

Is there anything which is stopping me to take up this employment in another country after ILR ?

Do I lose my right to naturalisation and have to start all over again? (5 years WP + 1 year)

Do I need visa to come back to UK even though I have ILR ...

Why dont you look at the bia website to understand the rules?
You can keep ILR if you return within 2 years
To obtain nationality you must have 5 years continuous residency when you apply of which one year is ILR
so obviously if you leave, then you will be starting that 5 year clock over.
