Hi all,

I'm currently in UK on WP.

I'm doing some remote assistance offically and unofficially.

Officially, i'm holding a boardlevel post in offshore development centre. But no relation in papers between uk and offshore offices. unofficially i'm the technical consultant of an overseas company (just an hobby and a backup).

Can i bring either of this (i've valid evidance for both the jobs) into my CV as experience. Will it be against immigration laws? (preparing for hsmp :) )

So you came to the UK on a presumably a Board Level or Intra Company Transfer Tier 1 work permit but are actually NOT meeting the conditions of issuance :shock: .
