removal panic causing tension in relationships

hello good people,
how do people cope with the fear of going to report and being detained and removed?

what do you and say and behave while you count days to the next reporting day?

if i m not wrong,u have a dep child of 5 years
if so they cant detain u with young child,they will offer u to attend family return process conference

yes i have 2 girls 6 soon and the youngest would be 5 later in the year.

i have meetings with them since 2012 and very recently in november,but this last mintue was when i told moved from beckett house to lunar house.

getting to lunar i was asked if i am on any medication,and proof of address,besides i have always being asked if i have any illnesses,etc.

not to sound misleading,but the guy who interviewed me told me i have not being added to the family removal system(list) i do not remember the exact word he used.

i think they have some dangerous plan against you.and as u said they are not going to give an opportunity to u to attend family return process conference ,but before they want to detain u they will ask u to bring all ur family member with u on next reporting so they could detain all members together
dont take ur all child and members with u to prevent them to detain u
