Renewing expired Biometric Residence Permit for Child - ILR

Hi,

My Child ILR BRP card expired.

A) Applying for Renewal and one of the supporting document is to provide following.

Original document showing grant of settlement, such as a vignette, passport, or RON 60 letter

I dont know what these documents are (Passport (Indian) anyways it is a Mandatory document so we will be sending the orignal passport). If we are sending passport above supporting document can be skipped? or we still need to provide "grant of settlement, such as a vignette, or RON 60 letter"? We are sending the current expired BRP card.


B) My child got PR in Feb 2014 and since then she was away from UK for more than 6 months twice as below. Will this be a problem while renewing BRP card? Guess ILR / PR will be invalidated if she was away for more than 2 years?
May-14 to Jul-14: 2 Months
Dec-15 to Sep-16: 9 Months
May-18 to Jan-19: 8 Months

C) My Child ILR BRP card expired on Feb 2019. We didnt notice until recently. Will this be an issue as it is more than a year now?
