Hello,

My wife and I applied for RC mid-May, and went for biometric check in early June. We still haven't received any COA for the application and are getting worried now since we have no proof for the submission except the appointment letter for the biometric check.

I waited quite a while over the phone the other day with no successful contact with any HO representative. Which HO email address do we use to request a COA?
