Requesting advice: ILR- leave of absence from the UK

Hi,

I find the immigration board very helpful and I appreciate the efforts of everyone behind it.

I have a query regarding my leave of absence from the UK.
I hold a PBS dependent visa (since March 2011, renewed in 2012). Although I had completed 2 years of my eligibility criteria to apply for ILR in March 2013, I could not apply for it then, since I was absent for >180 days (please see below).

I am planning to apply for my ILR (Form Set O, PBS dependent) in September 2014. By then I will complete 3 years and 6 months in this visa. Also, I will meet the eligibility of <180 days absence in the final two years (2014 and 2013) preceding the date of ILR application.

Before I go further with my application, I wanted to confirm this with the Immigration experts out here.
Amber, could you kindly have a look at it and confirm that the final 2 years will support my application in terms of the absence criteria.

Here it is:
Year 4- 1st September 2014 - 2nd September 2013 (Absent- 35 days)
Year 3- 1st September 2013- 2nd September 2012 (Absent- 116 days, spread over the year)
Year 2- 1st September 2012- 2nd September 2011 (Absent- 272 days, spread over the year)- Reason for absence- was doing PhD in Belgium (have proof letter from the Uty)
Year 1- 1st September 2011- 25th March 2011 (Absent- 135 days, spread over the year)- Reason for absence- was doing PhD in Belgium (have proof letter from the Uty).
