Requesting list of documents sent during initial HSMP

Hi ya,

Is there a possibility of requesting HO to send the list of docs (like OD's) which we sent during initial HSMP? If yes, I want to know the procedure and also how much do they charge?

Did anybody do this before?

How many weeks does it take to get the list?

I would be grateful if somebody could respond to this.
