We require additional information.

I just got an email from VISAINFO.SHEFO@fco.gov.uk , stating the following,

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please answer the following questions;

Has passport number ********** always been in your possession?

Have you ever reported a passport lost or stolen?

If yes; What is the passport number? What date was it lost/stolen?

Please provide as many details as you can about the circumstances surrounding the loss/theft.

I misplaced my passport for about a week and i found it in my car, so explained what happened and because i reported my embassy and passport investigation office too and then i revoked the report since i found it . i replied and attached the passport investigation office report and the embassy receipt and with an advertisement in news paper while it was lost and finally the revoking letter .

Please advise is this normal?
