require some advice for 10 year ILR application

Post by star17 » Mon Sep 20, 2010 1:58 am

Hello

i am going to apply for ILR on the basis of 10 year long residence. i want to ask about couple of things from you friends

i have got all of my original passports on me to prove my all the visas and extensions, exit/enter stamps during these 10 years in the UK, do i still have to provide utility bills, council tax and other documents to prove my 10 year?

my understanding is all i have to send them SET(0) form + passports + photographs, am i thinking in a right way or is there any other document required which i have to submit except passport.

i will really appreciate your guidance.

Kind Regards

x-ray

You would need to show that you have passed the Life In The UK test.

The choice is yours if you want to provide utility bills, council tax and other documents as they are not really relevant. Since you have your previous passports with stamps that will do.
