Required ct600 but don't have that

Hello .. i have enquiry. I applied for ilr on married to British citizen basis. We provide financial proofs for both. We both are employed. According to that we meet the financial requirement. But my husband also director of a limited company. Now they ask for Ct600 for that company or other documents as well. We can provide the other documents but problem is we never filled tax return yet. How can we provide CT 600.
If we provide a letter from accountant . That will be ok or not.
If someone can help me with this . Please reply. Its urgent.

The rules require it. You can only rely on the accounting period for which you have filled accounts. What stops you from filing now ?

this is a new company.they need required documents in 10 days. And we never rely on that company for financial requirement.

I believe you mistakenly ticked on the form that you are a director of a company and then supplied unnecessary documents regarding this company. This is often a common error by applicants who treat the form as full disclosure rather than in the context of the family immigration rules. When the form asks that question, it is effectively asking if you want to rely on that company to meet the requirement. If you do not want to do that, you should answer NO to that question.

Anyways, this should not affect the ILR at all. Just respond that you do not wish the company finances to be taken into account and just ask them to consider your employment only.

I have one more enquiry. I was trying to sent additional documents threw email address which they provided to me. But it keep showing " Spammy Spammer could not be delivered to." I can't understand what's wrong.

What keeps showing that ??

Ok now i sent documents in two emails. one email was to big. My only question is will they read the two of them ?
