Required documents for cohabitation

Post by rajesh1556 » Wed Jan 25, 2012 10:51 am

Hi, Could you please clarify following query

I Just have Tenancy agreement from letting agent, council tax bill, NHS Communication on my wife's name. These may not be continuous as they won't be issued on monthly basis.

however I have these bills in a range of 2 years.

Would this be sufficient, to prove cohabitation.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,
Raja

Yes that should be fine. If you have any travel tickets/boarding pass together will also help.

Hi,

I was on HSMP for 3 years and Tier1 General for 2 years.

I'm planning to apply for ILR in April 2012.

Chikky, Thanks for your response.
