Required information for ILR

I need to get some information for ILR. At the moment I am on tier-2 general and got visa from UK on

Visa issue date = 29may2014
visa expiry date = 01jun2019

I want to know when I can apply for ILR.

01 MAY 2019 OR 04 MAY 2019.

I have to apply before 28 days of my visa issue date or according to visa expiry date.

This one, no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your initial visa issue date.

Note it is ANYTIME within the 28 days before. It does not have to be ON the exact 28th day.
