Requirements for Additional Tier 2 SOC's

Hi,

I am employed an NGO in UK. My company brings a lot of people on Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer and has used up all the SOC's for this year. To sponsor me they would need to get a business case together to get additional SOC's. Does anyone have any idea what is required or what are criterias that need to be covered in the business case for it to be successcul? With limited help from the HR, me and my manager are struggling with this.

Just to add more information, I am on a Tier 2 General from the Company and looking to extend my visa in a few months under the same Category (Tier 2 General)
