Requirements from Pakistan

Hi, One of my friend want to apply from Pakistan for Tier 1 Entreprenuer based on 200k category. He has the funds ready from a third party. I just wanted to know if someone has a sample of a business plan and other requirements. I would really really appreciate if someone can PM me these. Or at least list the exact requirements for applying from Pakistan.
