Rescheduling Tier 1

Post by muditmalhotra » Sun May 09, 2010 6:48 pm

Hi all
I got my tier 1 on 21st of April, I had asked for it from 15th May. As i received my visa I planned to go asap, but now due to some reasons i wish to go some time in July. So is it possible to get my Tier1 from 15th may as i asked for ? or is it too late to appeal ?
Also, can i ask them to schedule it from 1st July ??

If i can appeal what is the procedure ?
Please guide.

Thanks

i think it is difficult ... coz if they happen to see your file .. it is May date ... also i think it is too late .. possibility of your application getting stuck for weeks .... appeal at the best will give you May date you initially proposed and not July ... appeal process is LONGGG process in some cases ...

You cannot appeal the issuance date!

What you can do is write to ECO at the local BHC that in your application you had requested for the visa to be issued from a later date, and request that he re-issue(s) a new visa (effective from the date you had initially requested).

IMHO, you cannot request the visa to be issued from a date that you had not initially indicated.

Honestly, no!

Only the BHC can tell you that.
