Uk Residency for Brazilian married with German

Hi folks

I have a German passport, but have been living in UK for 12 years, and have a permanent residence.

Now I have married with a Brazilian, and would like to know what I need to do to get a UK residency for her.

Which documents to bring
Where to apply
How long the process takes

Do you have settled status?
