Residency in UK

Hello
Could someone answer to me..where and how to apply for a permanent status in UK?
I've been told,I can apply for something like permanent status after one year here..
I work and live here for about 15 months and I'd like to apply for permanent status.
Is that possible over the internet or by mail?

What country are you from? (yeah it says Slovakia, so are you a Slovakian citizen?)? You need to wait 5 years in order to apply (or be granted, for EEA citizens) permanent residency. I don't know about this one year thing...are you registered on the WRS?

So right now you don't qualify for PR after just 15 months, you need another 3 years and 9 months more. Or are you married to a British Citizen/ILR holder?
