Resident labour market test

Hello helpful people here.

I am in a little situation here and was wondering if anyone can help:

Been offered a position after an interview as I was the only candidate for this post who applied but the thing is that the job was advertised on nhsjobs for just 1 week or so and not 4 weeks as suggested by the border agency.

Medical staffing doesnt seem to have a clue regarding these laws and I am worried if I send my application they might refuse as job is due to start in 2 weeks time.

Is there any clause like emergency appt or anything I can advise medical staffing.

1. There is no way out as it needs to be advertised for 4 weeks.
