Hi all,

I am having german resident permit as green card( GC) till Jan 2007 but i have moved to Uk under HSMP and work in UK recently. My wife still works in german as another independent GC.

i came to know, if i stay out of germany for more than 6 months, the german resident permit become invalid. Is it right. I am planning to go to Germany for a visit but i have already 8 months out of germany. Will it giev any problem in entering into germany?? :roll:

Can anyone share their experience please.
