Resident permit to work permit

Hi,

My wife got Work permit in Frankfurt - Germany and she iw working last one month. I also applied a resident Permit from her office in india.
My marriage verification has completed. My question is
1. what is the next process and how many days to take ?
2. What is the difference between Spouse visa and Resident Permit ?
3. once i got the REsident permit. can i work in Frankfurt ?
4. Is there any option to convert the resident permit to work permit.
5. Is there any JOB sites in Frankfurt ?

Please help me on this.. Please provide the link to check details clearly.

http://www.monster.de - ISTR you'll need you own work permit (Arbeitserlaubnis) to work but I'm not sure.
