All,

I would appreciate if someone could give an estimate of the time it takes to get the resident status upon entering through HSMP Program for MBAs.

No offense here, but I suggest you do a lot of reading about the UK immigration system, if you don't know the timeline to ILR. The MBA provision doesn't help you settle any faster than any other HSMP holder, it just allows you to qualify for the HSMP easier.
