Restoration of HSMP status under HSMP JR from Pakistan???

Hi

I would like to know if somebody has applied for restoration of HSMP status from outside UK In Pakistan under the HSMP JR policy.
I have been trying to get in touch with Gerrys Fedex (the certified agents) but they have been unable to guide me as to where to send my application.
I have filled in the required VAF9 and VAF10 forms and self assesment required and have all the documentary evidence but the Visa Collection agents are not aware of the process and say I should contact High commission directly.
I have been emailing highcommission in Islamabad at visqry.islamabd@fco.gov.uk and visqry2.islmabad@fco.gov.uk but haven't heard a reply.
Please help in this regard.
