Restricted COS Points Calculator

HI,

My employer is applying for Restricted CoS for me today.
Can some one please clarify how long it takes Home Office to Issue a RCoS to employer?

Also I have read on GOV.uk website that RCoS cut off points for Feburary were 21 points. Can some one please tell me how to calculate these points? or where to calculate these points please?

My details are as follow:
  • Hold Master's Degree from UK University
  • Have £4k balance over the last 3 months in account
  • Age is 29 Years.
  • Currently on Tier4 visa but I will be applying for Tier 2 from United Arab Emirates as My current leave it about to expire in a week.
Any help will be much appreciated.
