retain right of residence?

Post by cutepearl » Sat Sep 06, 2008 2:26 pm

Hello guys i am a bit confused wit the following ...

1) Retain right of residance of an EEA family member is after 1 year or 3 years ??

2) If you are having a UK residence card and live in another EU country with your spouse does that count towards your 5 year time?

3) if you live married in the UK for 3 years after Residence card and then move to another EU country with your spouse do you still qualify for Permanent Residence ?

Hope someone will advice and explain... Thanks.
