Return after leaving UK on tier2,

My Tier-2 was granted in year 2013, and which now expires in June-2016
Since my employer has decided not to extend my visa I now have to return to India

My questions are as follows
1-Is there a cooling off period for Tier-2? (So no other company can sponsor my visa for a year if I go out of India?)
2- are there any other visas that a company can sponsor so I can come back to UK immediately?
3- if yes then will it be counted towards my application to ILR if I come back immediately?

Which Tier 2 category is it?
