RETURNING BACK TO WORK AFTER 7 YEARS.....ANY SUGGESTIONS PLS

Hi there,

I am computer engineering graduate with postgraduate diploma in software engg. I worked for a little period after my graduation. After that couldn't return to work. Its been 7 years now and i want to get back to work.

If anyone could suggest me how can i start about? or where can i find recruitment consultants in uk who help u refresh ur skills and help you find a job.
