Review Request after NARIC Assesment (v. v. Urgent!!)

Dear all,

I received refusal from HSMP team as no points were awarded for Educational achievements stating that "Your Bachelors degree is not Equivalent to UK Bachelor". I could never thought of it as I am having four years BS Computer Engineering degree which is granted after 16 years of education. Anyways, I sent urgent assesment request to UK NARIC and they have confirmed over phone that my degree is equivalent to UK Bachelor. I am expecting to receive a letter from them stating the same.

Now, I want to send the request for review today as have already got 50 points under Experience and Earning categories. Does any one of you have any idea how does HSMP team checks the qualifications. I mean would it be there in their database now when NARIC has confirmed or I need to send the letter from NARIC along with my request. In case, I have to send the letter, can I send additional fee of GBP 335 for paid review. I want to avoid sending the complete application based on the fact that many of the people lost their original certificates due to carelessness of HSMP team and the attested copies are no more allowed.
