Having returned to UK in August, I have applied for permanent "BRP replacement card" application by post in Nov, biometrics enrolled just before Christmas. I have been told, "BRP replacement card" applications can take until 6 months for processing. And hence this anxious time of considering negative outcomes, due to conviction leading to community service sentence.
Have you got any first hand / second hand experience of such case and what were the outcomes?
