Revokation of ILR

Afternoon Forum Members and Admins,

Background and Timeline of my Case:
I am a permanent resident in UK, have been here since 2007, arrived on Tier2, converted to Tier1 in 2009 and obtained ILR in 2014. I have a job in UK and a house on mortgage. I have a criminal conviction for assault dated October 2017, sentenced to a community order, completing in April 2019. No other police record in UK or elsewhere in world.

[/b]I lost my BRP and Passport this July in Europe. I managed to get single visit UK Visa and have returned to UK in August. I have applied for BRP replacement Card in November with necessary supporting documents. I received biometric enrolment letter in first week of Dec and have submitted it around 20th Dec.
I am now awaiting the outcome / decision of my application.

Matter
I am very anxious and stressed about the impact of criminal conviction on my ILR status in UK. Understand due to serious criminal convictions, ILR may be revoked. Considering my status and length of stay in UK and the non-custodial sentence Im serving, is my ILR likely to be revoked by UKVI at end of my sentence? Am I at serious risk of losing my residency and everything else all after almost 12 years in this country?

Would request the admins and senior members with relevant experiences to share the information / suggestions / advice please.

When you say single visit visa - what kind of visa was it ?

it was single-entry ‘replacement BRP visa" - allows you to travel to UK one time only, valid for 30 days from date of issue.

Having returned to UK in August, I have applied for permanent "BRP replacement card" application by post in Nov, biometrics enrolled just before Christmas. I have been told, "BRP replacement card" applications can take until 6 months for processing. And hence this anxious time of considering negative outcomes, due to conviction leading to community service sentence.

Have you got any first hand / second hand experience of such case and what were the outcomes?
