Right of appeal if EU1 App (partnership) is rejected?

Hi,

My first post. :)

Does a non EEA person have the right to appeal a negative decision from INIS if his/her EU1 application ( partnership,) is rejected.

If so then where does the appeal go to (a court?) How long does this process take.

Also, how long does it take for the EU1 application to be processed, these days.

I read somewhere that EU law does not state how long a durable relationship is. Is this true and if so , what are the implications of this in Ireland.

Why don't you say a little about the nature of your relationship.
