Post by Rehan Arain » Sat Jun 11, 2011 10:14 am

Hi Everybody,

I have question , that, Do you have right of appeal under 10 year Long residence rule if an application has been rejected.

I have leave to remain until 31.10.2011.

But I will complete 10 years on 02.09.2011.

If you have leave remaining after a refusal, then you won't have a right of appeal.
