Right to rent while waiting for ILR

Hello everyone,
I need to prove my 'right to rent' and my current visa expires end of this month and I will be renting the new place from November. I believe I will have a decision on my ILR after the start date of tenancy. I am confused how can I provide right to share code to the agent or the landlord? Please can someone advise?
