Right to Work end date

Hi ,
I have applied for a switch from ICT to Skilled within UK and got my decision and BRP. When I look for share code for right to work, it says

" You can work until you get a decision on your application to stay in the UK. This includes during any appeal or administrative review that was made in the UK within the required deadlines.

You will need to prove your right to work again in 6 months, or if you change jobs."

It didnot says the Visa end date in my right to work. My employer is asking for a end date in my right to work.

What I have do for this ? Please help.

It seems your details have not yet been updated on the portal. Likely you received your visa just recently. Sometimes it can take a few days or weeks.

With your personal details, BRP, etc your sponsor can use the Employer Checking Service.

I got the decision on 18th Oct and my BRP on 20th. it’s almost 20 days now .

While applying for a visa , I think I had mentioned I’m including my family member (wife) in the same application . But when I’m paying IHs for my wife , it asked to pay more (around 2100 pounds ). It should be (624 * 3 ). So I didnot apply for her and applied only for me (with priority ) . I thought of applying visa for my wife near to her visa expiry date ( which is 23rd Dec )

Whether this is causing right to work issue for me now ?
Please let me know

No, that's most probably not the cause. As said earlier it appears HO yet to update your new/present status.

Your visa as an sponsored employer was already approved and the dependants application is separate, nothing to do with the message you're getting on the portal.

As commented before, many have experienced delays with the information displayed on that portal, including myself. In my case it took several weeks to be updated - more than a month as far as I remember. Speak with your employer about the issue and they can conduct a manual check.
