Right to work share code

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could please advise regarding right to work share code.

I gave the share code to my employer on 07.06.2024 and it said it will expire in September 2024. Do I need to generate another share code to give to them now?

Also, now my biometric permit has expired. Do I need to create a UKVI account to access the share code?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No. You have lawful residence as long as you are under section 3C.
