Right to Work Status with ILR Application

Hello my learned friends,

I have applied for ILR on 14th August

SET O . TIER 2 General 5 years route.

Myself with 3 dependants.

My wife ( PBS Dependant) , her Right to Work status in Gov.Uk was " Restricted work- not for doctor or dentist training " but it has changed to " You can do any work" from this Friday.

But the end date is still February 2021 as before.

My Right to Work status has not changed at all.

Could it mean that her ILR is approved? Does this status change mean anything ?

Does it stay no limits on stay?

No, mine is same as before.

Only in my wife's the job thing has changef

You should wait for official confirmation if it does not say that no limit on stay.

Just an after thought: Your application will be approved first and only then your dependents will succeed also. It is not possible your dependent is approved before you are. Having said that, the RTW website sometimes have technical issues and can not be relied upon. There is a possibility the status is not properly updated even after a decision is made. You must wait for official confirmation before raising your hopes.
