No rights to appeal tier 4

Pls can someone help me!

Applied for visa extention 15 days before it expire.
Received the application back saying that a picture was not good enough. Re-sent the application with new pic 3 days later, it was acepted and received letter o acknowlegment and sent to the biometrics.
School was registered by the time application was made.

5 months later they refused the visa with no rights to appeal.
Firstly because they said when the application was re-sent our visa had already expired and secondly because 4 months after first application was made the school was rejected by Home Oficce.

Any one knows how to proceed in cases such as this.
