Rights to british citizenship for adult children of BOC moth

I'm looking for clarification regarding the new legislation for the status of adult children born before 1983 to mothers who held British Overseas citizen passports. i was born in lebanon on 1974 and wish to apply for British Citizenship.
My mother acquire her british overseas citizenship as born Accra-Ghana in 1951, and she's living now in lebanon.
Please advise.

Is your mother a citizen of any other country?
