RLMT and Extra Allocation Request

Hi,

Would appreciate answers,tried to search forum but still confusing.

1-When an employer needs to request an extra allocation,they can request anytime for the next year say in December 2015 they can request for 2016/2017(from the forum discussion I understood" yes" they can for the same yearor for the next year if has to be used after 5 April next year

2-RLMT is mandatory before requesting extra allocation through SMS(do sponsor need to confirm why applying for extra allocation) or before assigning Cos?

2. RLMT only needs to be complete at the time when the CoS is assigned, it is not required for requesting uCos allocations.

Thanks manci. I have not seen SMS system but what are generally questions from employer when they request extra allocation.i think they need to explain reason?why they need a potential employee.
